Great location with supermarket, cafes and restaurants nearby. Only 10 mins from centre of the city. Modern rooms and bathrooms. Very clean. Simple but ample breakfast.

I liked everything, it was nice and cute space. Hotel looks a bit old, but it gives a special vibe, so it was good. Floor, toilet, room were clean but only one that I didn’t like are sheets. They weren’t dirty, but old. I asked to change it and a guy from reception made it immediately. I didn’t stay as much as I booked because I went to a center of island and spent a lot of time by nature and shores, but days I stayed in this hotel were good, I love them. I felt like at home every time returning from intense day trips, so I would recommend staying there💗

TLDR: Great place for value for money. If you want a place in Colombo at a cheap rate, you can consider this place. Owned by a Gujarati, we checked in to the hotel late @ night around 2 am and the owner was chilling with his other Gujarati friends. They all are business owners in Colombo and are very friendly. By the looks of it, you won't even know they are big owners. We asked for the location of the hotels just outside the hotel from the owner himself. The check-in process was very smooth. They just asked for our passport and everything was done. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious enough and great value for money. They are equipped with all the modern amenities. The bathroom is good in area, and offers both cold and hot water options. They also have AC, mirror, and other amenities. The property is located very close to Marine Drive. This place is genuinely a great place to stay in Colombo for 1-2 days as all the touristy sites are very close to this property. They have a cafe on the top floor where you can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast was okay nothing extraordinary, although I can't say the same for other items.

Amazing location! The staff are so helpful and they care to give you an answer, I'm so grateful to their help as they saved me a lot of time :) The breakfast was so sufficient and with lots of variety.. I came with sub-zero expectations from the previous comments, but it was actually so good.. You have tea and coffee, milk, juice (canned), 3 types of fruits, toast, butter and jam (that's on the buffet side) plus, there are items that you can order and will be prepared fresh for you (included in the breakfast and I didn't need to oy extra). This includes omlette or scrambled, noodles, sausage.. The room was spacious and clean, comfy beds and they provide water bottles that you can fill free of charge, also the tea and coffee available all day on the 4th floor.. I'd stay again for sure

Easy access to seaside as it is just behind the hotel. Our flight landed early and Staff gave us an early check in. Hotel rooms looked nice and were spacious as mentioned in the descriptions. Washroom was clean.
